Everyone must do the onsite registration to obtain their conference bag which contains essential conference items such as delegate badge (which must be worn at all times), conference agenda, and other valuable information.

How to Get to Crowne Plaza Antwerpen
When traveling by plane you will either land at Brussels International Airport (BRU) or Antwerp Airport (ANR). The hotel is less than 40 km away from Brussels International Airport and less than 5 km away from Antwerp Airport. From Antwerp Airport you can take a taxi. From Brussels International Airport you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus which bus runs between Brussels International Airport and Crowne Plaza Antwerpen every hour. The cost is EUR 10.00 per person/way (price is subject to change). More detail is follows:
The Airport Shuttle Service to Antwerp
The Brussels Airlines Shuttle Service drives passengers to and from Brussels Airport to the centre of Antwerp (Keyserlei and Crowne Plaza), every hour from 05:30 until 23:00.
Fares (one-way):

- Children (2 - 11 years): €5
- Infants (0 - 23 months): free
