Conference Registration Fees

Inclusions:

1. Admission to all meetings including the plenary and One-on-One sessions (not applicable to spouses).
2. Buffet lunch and coffee breaks on conference days.
3. Admission to all evening social functions as shown in the WCA Family conference agenda (1 cocktail reception and 1 award dinner).
4. One complimentary roundtrip transfer from the airport to your hotel and vice-versa (hotel must be in the vicinity of Centara Grand Hotel at Central World).

Spouse *
For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. 

Persons registering as spouses will not be entitled to partake in any business activities such as manning exhibition booths, distributing promotional materials or handing out name cards (except personal name cards or name cards which have no relevance to the logistics industry). 

Spouses are also not entitled to take part in the plenary session or One-on-One sessions.

Conference Payment

Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.

PARTNER PAY IS THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.

Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received by our office.

Your company will be invoiced for one or several of the following items:

1. Conference registration fees
2. Hotel accommodation (optional) **
3. Sponsor packages (optional)
4. Exhibition booths (optional)
5. Conference Directory Advertising (optional)
6. Full day tour including lunch (optional)
7. Golf (optional)

Accommodation**  Due to March being a peak month in Bangkok, hotels require that all rooms be pre-paid in full by WCA Family. The same requirement applies for travel agent websites, as well as the hotel’s own website. Therefore, please note that invoices from WCA Family will be requesting payment for your full stay.
