Sponsorships for BOTH conferences
Explanation of Sponsorship Benefits
Co–host welcome reception: Sponsors will be acknowledged as a co-host with their company logos prominently displayed at the welcome cocktail reception.
Co-host Award dinner event: Sponsors will join in hosting the very special award dinner. Sponsors’ logos will be prominently displayed on all banners and backdrops and sponsors will be verbally acknowledged as benefactors of the dinner and its activities.
Receive gift on stage during Dinner : Sponsors will be called up onto the stage and presented with gift of appreciation during the award dinner.
Fixed One-On-One table: Sponsors can meet with their partners at designated tables inside the One-on-One meeting venue. Number of fixed tables is dependent on sponsorship level (see table above). Tables will feature table top signs containing the sponsor’s logo and will be located in high profile areas with easier access from the hall entrance. The level of visibility and ease of access to your meeting table will be according to your level of sponsorship.
Additional Fixed One-on-One Table: Sponsors can order additional fixed meeting tables at discounted prices (see above table).
Complimentary conference passes*: Sponsors will receive a certain number of complimentary conference passes in accordance to their sponsorship level (see table above). Each pass is valued up to US$ 895.00 and permits free attendance for one company representative to all general conference sessions, a cocktail reception and the awards dinner.
Please note that each pass is applicable to one conference only, not for the entire conference week. Please see the following for examples of how you can apply your free conference passes:
Silver Sponsor for WCA Conference and WCA Family Conference
- 2 free passes to attend the WCA Conference only, or
- 2 free passes to attend the WCA Family Conference, or
- 1 free pass for one person to attend the WCA Conference + 1 free pass for one person to attend the WCA Family Conference
Gold Sponsor for WCA Conference and WCA Family Conference
- 4 free passes to attend the WCA Conference only, or
- 4 free passes to attend the WCA Family Conference, or
- 2 free passes to attend the WCA Conference + 2 free passes to attend the WCA Family Conference
Platinum Sponsor for WCA Conference and WCA Family Conference
- 6 free passes to attend the WCA Conference only, or
- 6 free passes to attend the WCA Family Conference, or
- 3 free passes to attend the WCA Conference + 3 free passes to attend the WCA Family Conference
“Thank you sponsors” page in Conference Directory: Sponsors’ logos will be included on the “Thank you sponsors” page in the Conference Directory which is distributed to all attendees.
Sponsors will have the special privilege of being on this page as well as being listed in the “Sponsors Listing” easel which will be on display during each conference day.
Complimentary advertisement in Conference Directory: Sponsors will receive one complimentary advertisement in the conference directory for the conference they are sponsoring. If sponsoring for both conferences then you will receive one advertisement in the WCA Conference directory plus one advertisement in the WCA Family Conference directory. The advertisement size depends on the sponsorship level. Each conference directory also includes a brief profile and contact information of every company attending the conference and is distributed to all delegates. Sponsors must submit all artwork to advertising@wcafamily.com no later than January 30, 2012.
* In case your company is both a sponsor and has an exhibition booth, you will only receive one advertisement (the better of the two). For example, we will only give you one full page color advertisement even though you are both a sponsor and have a booth.
Sponsors’ logos printed on selected giveaway items: Sponsors’ logos will be prominently printed on selected giveaway items which will be distributed to all attendees during the conference. This benefit is only available to Platinum sponsors.
Important: Some sponsor items for Platinum sponsors may have to be ordered well in advance and we cannot guarantee that a Platinum sponsor’s logo will appear on the selected giveaway item unless we receive the Platinum sponsor’s company logo before 17:00 hrs on January 30, 2012.
Sponsors’ logos with links on all conference web pages: Your logo and link will appear on the home page and all other web pages (with the exception of a few reserved ones) throughout the entire period of the conference and its registration phases.
Sponsor recognition on signage in Meeting Hall :Signage and banners displayed in the conference area.
Sponsor recognition in sponsorship webpage in website: Sponsors’ logos and links to their websites along with a 25 word description will be included in the dedicated “Conference Sponsors” page of the conference website.
Special acknowledgement during events: Sponsors will be publicly acknowledged, and thanked by President David Yokeum at each special event held.
Logo on Conference Directory Front Cover: This is applicable to Platinum sponsors only. Platinum sponsors will have their logo prominently displayed on the front cover of the conference directory of the conference they are sponsoring.
Hanging Banner: Large hanging banners will be hung from the ceiling in the meeting venue. Sponsors’ logos will be featured on these banners.
Logo on Registration Backdrop: Sponsors’ logos will be featured on the backdrop at the registration counter or banners located next to the registration counter.
Logo on Welcome Gate: Sponsors’ logos will be featured on the Welcome Gate leading into the conference venue.
ORDERING A SPONSOR PACKAGE
- Sponsor Packages can be ordered online through the Shopping Cart (on the left of this page).
- Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information. Please note that sponsor packages include free event passes.
- Sponsor packages are limited in number and will be sold on a first come – first served basis.

PAYMENT
- Shortly after placing your order through the Shopping Cart, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
- PARTNER PAY IS THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
- Payment should be made immediately (your company logo will not start to appear on the event website or event adverts / inserts until payment has been received for your sponsor package).
- Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcafamily.com so that we can provide you with an alternative.
