IMPORT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

WCA FAMILY AMERICAS REGIONAL CONFERENCE, MIAMI, FL USA

Please ensure that your shipment reaches KCarlton International, Inc. (KCI) no later than
Tuesday, 5th June 2012
so that it has sufficient time to clear customs and be handled by KCI.


 

Import to Miami by International Courier:

Importation of brochures, folders, advertising flyers, printed matter, and small give-away promotional items (pens, key chains, calendars, etc.) can be more easily and economically arranged if the exhibitors use major international courier companies to send their items to Miami.

Remarks:

  1. In Miami, KCI will handle the Customs Clearance of all the express shipments handled by international courier companies.
  2. Senders need to provide the documents for Customs Clearance, KCI will charge USD 150/shipment.
  3. If Miami Customs will charge tariff, KCI can pay the tariff for the sender and will charge 3% of the tariff as handling charge (the value of tariff is based on the Duty List issued by Customs Border Protection)
  4. Please do not consign to your hotel or to the venue location. WCA Family Americas Regional Conference and participating hotels do not accept goods directly, and shipments to the hotel are likely to be delayed and KCI may not be able to assist properly.

2) Handling and Delivery Charges to WCA Family Americas Regional Conference
KCI will accept delivery of all packages from the couriers and then arrange timely delivery to the conference venue.

2) KCI will provide Customs Clearance Service, Storage Service and Delivery Service after the air cargo has arrived at Miami International Airport. The details are:

Customs Clearance & Documents: USD 285/shipment
If US. Customs charges tariff, KCI can pay the tariff for the exhibitors and will charge 3% of the tariff as handling charge (the value of tariff is based on the Duty List issued by Customs Border Protection).

Terminal Fee & Handling Charge: USD 0.30/KG
Warehouse: USD 0.05/KG/day

Payment

All charges (including the tariff) should be settled directly to KCI before the event. KCI will estimate the value of tariff in terms of the condition of the shipment.
